Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to return it.  Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Please include the packing slip with your return. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.Â

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your store credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within two business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items
Jewelry cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
